After about 2 weeks I can't say for sure but I feel like I was somewhat deficient in C and feel more energy and healing if that makes sense. I think the C in my multi isn't very absorbable. For the price, vegetarian aspect and absorbency, i definitely would recommend it above other brands or just to take a try for 2 months if you feel like you're lacking Vitamin C. This seems more absorbable and decent quality than most.

When you saturate your blood with Vitamin C, your white blood cells become hyperactive. Your white blood cells are responsible for fighting off infections. The problem is that ascorbic acid causes heartburn. The solution? Ester-C. They have taken out all the acid but left in all the C. You should take 1,000 mg every hour or two at the first sign of a sore throat, cold, or other type of infection. Ester-C is the perhaps the best thing next to sleep for fighting off sickness. Read Linus Pauling for more info about fighting sickness with Vit. C. He studied it at great length and even killed some cancer cells with mega doses of Vit. C. Vitamin C is water soluble so you need not worry about taking too much. Any excess not being used will simply exit the body through urination. I'm not a doctor, but Vit-C is safe and natural and very effective at fighting off illness. Ester-C is the only way to avoid the stomach problems from the acid. One thing to note is that if you take 4-5 grams or more per day, you will probably generate some gas. Take some gas-x if you're taking a lot of Vit-C to fight off illness.

Excellent and inexpensive! 450 caps inside for such a small amount will last you at least four or more months.. depending how many you take a day. Highly highly recommended especially for winter months !!!! 🎄🎄🎄

I've long known that ESTER-C is unusually well absorbed by the body, without any stomach upset. it is an excellent product.

I have had Vegetarian Tablets before and will get them again when I need them. Vegetarian Tablets come more in the bottle and are cheaper.

Not as easy to swallow as the flatter sized oblong shaped vitamin tablets were. We don't like the new size.
