I use this item for work. Can't be on my phone, but need access to text messages asap to respond. I work in a machine factory building engine heads and I run the line. Need to communicate with my team when machines go down. Just a flick of the wrist! Wahla!! I'm there!!

This Versa kept track of my exercises, sleep (length of time asleep, Rem, light & deep), heart rate, oxygen saturation which I did not have on my previous Versa 2, Alexa, timers, and if I wanted to walk, I did not have to go through several steps to get there (so to speak), weather for 3 different areas and I'm thrilled that if there is a problem syncing, I can simply shut it off and re-boot. Plus, I love the charger as I can just drape my Versa 4 onto the stand. A great product, I hope it last for a longer period than my previous.

I like my new Fitbit watch. I upgraded and I'm very pleased. I do like the color of the band. Using the app is easy. I do not use all the features available but I am pleased with what I do. Measurements for steps, milage, bpm are pretty accurate. I love that I can go on the treadmill, hold on, and it still records the steps. I would like a longer battery life, it does last 7-8 days. I love the charger station, very easy and quick charge. Would definitely buy another Fitbit!

I was a little skeptical about this version of the fitbit watch but so far so good let's see in about 3 months

I've been a Fitbit user since their very first device. My versa 2 died recently, after about 5 years. Upgraded to versa 4. So excited about all of the features since it now supported by Google.Just received watch with I'm not able to set up. Keeps flashing from blank screen to fitbit logo. Can't even get a pairing number to show. Again not my first fitbit Went through all the standard troubleshooting tasks. Even called Firbit support.We tried several times to hard re-boot the watch to factory settings. Didn't work. Fitbit will not support warranty because the watch was not purchased though Fitbit authorized dealer through Amazon. Returning through Amazon since have hadless than 24 hours.Don't waste your money here!!
