Womens Fly London Mesu Lace Up Cuban Heel Fashion Leather Ankle Boots

I bought these (in red) tentatively as I have had problems with Fly sizing before, however the quality and style has always been excellent. I bought a size 6 and these fitted just wider than a size 5.5 wide fitting lace up Clark's ankle boot (for UK reference). They were extremely comfortable as soon as I put them on. The leather is soft but still sturdy as are the soles and heels (which aren't too high). They were so comfortable in fact that I felt confident enough to go out in them for an hour on the day I got them (wearing woolly tights - stylish!). They did not rub anywhere which is a problem I always have with my feet as they are quite wide. These boots are high quality and will last well if looked after properly, even though I know I'm going to be wearing them constantly.The price is easily comparable to other well-made quality boots that I've seen but these fit better and look 100 times more stylish.I am so chuffed with these. And even with free postage they arrived the next day! Bonus!!

These boots are so comfortable! They fitted perfectly and leather is lovely and soft, so I was able to wear them for a day's activities immediately, without the usual need for "breaking in". My feet are narrow at the heel but wide across the ball of the foot and toes, so it can be difficult to find styles that fit both; I ordered my usual size 6 (39) which is slightly long but otherwise perfect. I must mention that the laces are excellent - easy to tighten and loosen but stay tied when you are wearing themMesu is a lace-up version of the Make chelsea-style boots, which I already have and love.

Also... es ist mein 3. Paar von Fly London. Ja, weil ich diese Schuhe einfach optisch mag und sie auch bei breiterem Fuß bequem sind. Und dennoch schreibe ich diese Rezension (das tue ich selten), um darauf hinzuweisen, dass die Qualität bei allen 3 Paaren, die ich besitze, zu Wünschen übrig lässt. Wie schon in einer anderen Rezension erwähnt, der Rand der Sohle löst sich nach einiger Zeit generell. Aber bei diesem zuletzt gekauften, den ich ca. 4 Mal trug, hat sich bereits die Naht unter der Schuhsohle gelöst, so dass ich einen Schuster fragen muss, was er davon hält oder ob ich dieses Paar zurückschicke, da wirklich erst kürzlich bestellt.....Also eher nein, was die Verarbeitung anbelangt.

Sehr bequemer Schuh und tolle Verarbeitung. Ich würde mir einen etwas weicheren Absatz wünschen, aber so ist es es auch super.
