Compared to the shops this price is very good. the quality is ok for the price but I didn't want to spend any more as I am leaving it in a rented house. Had this been for me I would have wanted better quality but would have expected to pay much more. This actually looks a lot better than what I expected.

Looks great in the photos, but in reality, is much smaller than similar guards you see in fireplace shops. Narrower than my firegrate and possibly not tall enough to catch spitting ash. The other bonus is that the pieces that hold the 3 screens together are loose, and the side screens tend to buckle between top and bottom. Maybe if you have a small fire.

I've had this a year now and it is used at a holiday cottage. It is quite delicate and fell apart on one occasion because the connecting screws were not tightened sufficiently. Tricky to put back together. It's fine for the price and does the job but don't try to move it too often.

Reason for okish is we had a faulty guard but we contacted homebuyz and they could not have been more helpful,all resolved, they are very efficient at resolving probs so I would definately use them again!

The item was deliverd very quick, but had i had the opertunity to be able to handle it beforhand i would not have bought it.

Fire Screen came up to requirements, you can't really rave about a fire guard but yes we were satisfied.thanks.satisfied customer

Very good to look at just the right size to stop my grandsons from near the fire although we have central heating and they live in a hous that does not have a fire place poor old Santa has to have a front door key
