It came kinked, and also didn't work. I would save your money and spend an extra 10-15 and get something nicer.

Leaks
Came with a kink in the hose that has been nearly impossible to get out. Even the slightest bend stops the water flow.Spout in the “off” position (closed) and with the cap on; however, it LEAKS! I get puddles on the floor where it is hung and the hose cover is soaking wet.Fits well in my bag. Seems sturdy

Works fine
I made my own backpack and got this to add a water bladder to it. It hangs different than the one I used before with two points of attachment instead of one. Two is probably a better system except I already designed the backpack for one so it hangs a little funny. But it holds water, doesn't leak, and works fine.

Does the job kinda
Water flow is ok. The smallest kink in the line causes no flow. If you are using this to replace your bladder in your military grade camo back it will fit a tad bit smaller then your original.
