How soluble is the powder in water?

I always put it in my dogs food and it dissolves very good, she has no idea its in there!! Shes eight now, she slept on the streets of Romania until she was 4 and thats not a pleasant way to live. She doesn't limp anymore so its working and helping her to be more comfortable!!!!
