Worth the money
At this price, itโs hard to beat. It shipped via FedEx and arrived 4 days early. It arrived on leg day so I had to get it assembled so I could work out. The assembly from the time I cut the bands on the box until it was completely assembled was about 45 minutes. This included unwrapping and inspecting the parts for damage. There was a little damage to the powder coating on the main frame piece from shipping, but nothing structural. One piece of advice I would give is to not over tighten the nylon lock nuts. Too much torque will bend the square tubing, reducing the structural integrity. All in all itโs a good leg extension maching. I was torn between this and the one that lats flat for leg curls, but I can do standing leg curls with this one. Not a deal breaker, especially since I would need to spend an extra $100+ to get that functionality. I believe this one will work just fine and it is well made. I do see the leg pads needing changed out every year or so. The foam padding isnโt that dense so it will end up collapsing under heavy load eventually. For the max capacity, I will never personally need to go that high, but if you do, you wonโt be able to use bumper plates. The weight arm is rather short. On a positive note, the handles are a vital feature for me. The leg extension machine I am replacing didnโt have them and it was difficult staying in the seat once you hit 130 pounds or so. So if you need a reliable, sturdy leg extension machine with leg curl features and hip thrust features, this fits the bill.

Great machine and top notch customer service!
This machine has been a great addition to my home gym! Great quality, great price and very sturdy. It works very smoothly and has many adjustments to accommodate body size. At first when I opened the box I was overwhelmed by the amount of parts, but soon realized every part is labeled clearly with a number and the assembly steps are were easy to follow. I had an issue with one of the strings on the pads, but seller was quick to respond and had the manufacturer send me a replacement. I am very happy with this purchase!

Nice quality leg machine.
Overall, a good machine for working legs. Nice , smooth operation and very sturdy. Assembly was fairly easy, no issues. The only negatives, you have to work one exercise sequence at a time due to the process of switching between curls and extensions; changing weights is a little awkward when doing curls because you are basically locked in place. Size wise, the unit has a lot of adjustability, but barely fits my 6โ frame. So, if you are taller than 6โ, proceed with caution.

Old Guys with Arthritis will love this machine
I donโt usually leave reviews, but this one deserves it. Assembly took about 3 hours, and I took my time doing it right โ keeping bolts loose until everything was aligned, then tightening everything down at the end. That made a big difference in how smooth the machine feels. The adjustability is excellent โ seat, back, and leg positions are all easy to dial in. Once I aligned the pivot point with my knees, the movement felt very natural and smooth. Sixty-year-old with arthritis in right knee so leg exercises that stress the knee joint I struggle to do. Iโve used a lot of combo gym machines before where the leg extension feels like an afterthought โ this is not that. This feels much closer to a dedicated commercial unit. First workout with a 45 lb plate was smooth no wobble no knee stress at all, tension where it should be โ in the quads For anyone concerned about knee comfort or wanting to build strength safely, this is a really solid option. Very happy with the purchase.

Great quality with a small footprint.
Pros: This thing is awesome. Very well built and easy to assemble. No cheap, crappy hardware or allen screws. Feels very smooth. Takes up a very small footprint. I'm extremely satisfied and it exceeds my expectations. Cons: A couple caveats. I'm 5'11 and about 205 lbs with a tiny butt. I feel that if I were a few inches taller, my body wouldn't line up well to the ankle pads at all. My wife is 5'2 and it barely lines up for her. If you're quite plump, the butt pads would be too narrow. I recommend looking at something different if you're shorter than 5'2, taller than 6'1, or super thiccccc.

No resistance in the beginning of the rep
The design of this machine and others like it, is flawed. You get no resistance in the beginning of the rep and the end of the rep is too hard to complete. This is due to the plate being affected by gravity differently throughout the arc. When it's at the bottom it's easy to move and when the arm reaches 90 degrees it's difficult to move. I would not recommend anyone to purchase this style of plate loaded leg extension/curl machine. You can somewhat compensate by moving the pin so your rep starts with the plate around 40 degrees and ends around 130 degrees. The max resistance is then in the middle, when the plate swings past 90 degrees the resistance starts to decrease. But at least you don't get to zero resistance. You can compensate again by adding weight and doing partial reps at the long and short end, but that does add time and decrease the joy of working out. With all that being said about the actual design, this particular machine is very sturdy. It was easy for me to build in about 2 hours. The included instructions were easy to follow. The packaging was adequate to protect the machine from any issues and it is free from scratches and dings. It's definitely overbuilt and solid and I have big arms and I work out wrists and forearms, and none of the hardware felt flimsy or weak when I torqued it down hard during the build. It would have been nice if the design included a couple of wheels and a handle, so this could easily be moved around, similar to a bench. It's hard to move without the flimsy rubber feet falling off and potentially marking the floor. I just duct taped the rubber feet on lol. The included spike that's intended to store extra weight plates only has a 1" tube, no 2" adapter was included for that. But the main plate loading bar for your reps does include the 2" adapter. The weight plate storage area is kinda short/small to be useful for anything but small plates, which doesn't make sense for a leg machine. I tried doing ab crunches but it feels off balance, like it pitches you forward, and the most resistance you get is when you're fully crunched over. Not ideal since you really want the resistance at the beginning of a crunch rep when you're fully stretched. So I won't be using this for crunches either lol. Return freight shipping was going to be $150+ so I decided to keep this leg machine. I might try tinkering around with attaching it to a cable for resistance instead of a plate. I'll need to add some pulleys and stuff, maybe a bicycle wheel to move the cable through a circular arc. Call it a "fixer upper" DIY project lol.

Decent for the price, not very good for abs.
I think the delivery had issues and looked like the box fell apart and everything put back in hap hazardly, but all parts were there. As far the product, it went together pretty easily. For leg extensions and curls it works fine. As for usingit for abs, I haven't found any good setting. Overall I think its good for the price. Going from extensions to curls is a little annoying when you have weights on it. The pads don't spin unfortunately so it can rub on your legs.
