I did have to do some rigging with it, since she doesn't have much of a rear, and it kept falling off. I took one of her harness's and a velcro strip and rigged it so it won't slip on her rear end anymore. (See photos) It may not be that pretty but it works. I do not have problems with it slipping down and the fit is fine. However, on my male dogs the strap runs right across his sheath and rubs him completely raw. I’ve used it quite a bit and I think it helps a little but it is just a neoprene sleeve.
