How many times can a single one be used..or is it just one time use

I don't have this product, but in general, medical devices like this can only be used once for sanitary reasons. A key indicator here is that the product title even says "disposable," which is probably with excellent reason. While I think it would be acceptable to do multiple punches on the same person in one session, it is important NOT to use these on multiple people. Even if they're only used on one individual, this kind of tool should NEVER be assumed to be safely sanitizable using appropriate safety procedures. In other words, even though the handle seems designed for reuse, the blades should not be. Even if an autoclave sterilizer is available, not all blades are designed for that sort of treatment, so don't take the risk. Also, dermal punches generally shouldn't be used on areas like earlobes. I see that this question was asked a year ago, so I pray that the OP remains in good health and didn't make a big mistake.
