How do you determine what length to buy?

Put your foot in your shoe, eyeball or measure how many inches from one side to the other, and map out the total length of the lace going from side to side, etc. Add a buffer. I measured out roughly 21” then added buffer; ultimately bought 24” lace for size 9 men and fits comfortably.

How do you know what length you need for the On Cloud 5 shoes?

I had OnCloud shoes and they worked for me. If they’re the ones in the picture (short lace up) they should work I believe.
