buying of this machine is waste of money. No answer from supplier of machine properly.
The media could not be loaded. External Bowl is leaking, before it was leaking the Drain cap, now After Installation Bowl is leaking, Company technician doesn't have time to Check the machine till it will be full. Now they give reason for water pressure. Lastly I was leaving in 14th floor building. Where I didn't hv issue with Kent. But buying of this machine is Full nonsense and waste of money. No answer from supplier Service person of Ahmedabad properly. Faulty product sent to door without testing process. Waste of money

Poor quality and service
The water filter is malfunctioning after only 2 months and when I called the service number provided in the warranty booklet, they told they stopped servicing Awua Ultra and I have to pay to come and repair, when I mailed them, they have a useless bot which replies with the same message which stated to contact the service number. Very disappointed by this product.

Value for money,taste is good
We been using this filter since month and it is working good, water taste is also good. Easily installed by person we called up from our nearby place coz the installation number provided by purifier company is not helpful at all.Installation person told that the inside water purifying tools are of lighter material. I am hoping for it's long life. Otherwise all things are working good so far

I received parcel on time, packagin was ok, But when I opened this, there was no brand label on the product. This looks fissy to me, So I decided to return the product
