The MAGEFESA FRITTATA frying pan is made of vitrified steel, a material widely used in the preparation of kitchen utensils, due to its characteristics of hardness, resistance and bright-colored finish.

Review: Bad - Flimsy, it came broken and the quality is terrible. I returned it.
Review: Double-sided frying pan. - I got it yesterday. I made a quesadilla with eggs, jalapenos, and Carolina reaper cheese. It worked beautifully. Kept it on medium heat. Cooked one side topped it with the tortilla. Flipped it topped it with more cheese and a tortilla. Flipped it again, and the first side was done beautifully. Waiting a minute or so on the other side and removed it from the pan. There was no sticking to the pan. You just have to be quick when you flip! I can't wait to use it on my tortilla española and frittatas. They will be the big flip test. So, I made my tortilla Espanola. The pan was the perfect size. It was very thick and eggy, and it flipped beautifully possibly only a few dribbles, which beat the old way of a giant plate! The only problem that I have with the pan is that on the gas burner the pan does not distribute the heat properly, so there were parts that were shall we say a little crispier than I would prefer. That was cooking on medium heat. I will be making more, so I will probably go to maybe a medium low and cook it a little longer. I still love the pan!

I got it yesterday. I made a quesadilla with eggs, jalapenos, and Carolina reaper cheese. It worked beautifully. Kept it on medium heat. Cooked one side topped it with the tortilla. Flipped it topped it with more cheese and a tortilla. Flipped it again, and the first side was done beautifully. Waiting a minute or so on the other side and removed it from the pan. There was no sticking to the pan. You just have to be quick when you flip! I can't wait to use it on my tortilla española and frittatas. They will be the big flip test. So, I made my tortilla Espanola. The pan was the perfect size. It was very thick and eggy, and it flipped beautifully possibly only a few dribbles, which beat the old way of a giant plate! Stay Away. The Nonstick Coating Peels Off The pan initially seemed great. It felt sturdy, durable, and large enough to cook full-size Spanish tortillas. However, after only about three months of normal use and regular washing, the nonstick coating on the bottom pan started peeling off. The pan is now essentially unusable. Unfortunately, this happened less than 2 months after the Amazon return window closed, so I'm stuck with a defective product. Based on this experience, I can't recommend it.
