Installed very easily and quickly and works like a charm. Water pressure is perfect, and since this is all I had to spend money on (the shower head was a free gift), I'd say great value. Haven't had to clean it yet but the instructions seem clear enough. Has a good feel to it, heavy but not too heavy and doesn't feel cheap.

Super slow for this seller to ship this product. It’s the longest wait time ever experienced with an Amazon seller. The vast majority of of the ship time was waiting for the seller to get their product off for delivery. The good thing was the seller waiting to charge me until they actually did the shipping of their item. At the end of the day, the quality seems decent & with no leakage. Fit was perfect. The hose flexes with ease with use.

Don’t waste your time and money. No matter how much you tighten it it will always leak out of the arm.

It's a hose. It has a holder for the showerhead. It is exactly as advertised, and is of seeminly high quality. If you have this showerhead, your options are sort of limited if you want the holder, but this is your solution.
