I cannot say much for the taste, but it works great for my gout. I drink it in the morning on an empty stomach and like I said it works.

We do what we have to do to try to be healthy

Spices are really top quality. Organic unlike conventional means that the spices have not been irradiated nor fumigated as per strict agricultural import requirements (thank you US government...). These processes in the least diminish greatly the strength of the spices, rendering a very dull condiment. This in turn calls for larger amounts of spices in the recipe. I just cooked with these organic spices (together with others that I bought) and purposely used smaller amounts by at least a factor of 2. I was satisfied with the result.

Product arrived very quickly

I boil ajwain seeds to make a digestive tea. First time I ordered this, in February, it came in a clear bag and the seeds were large, sweet and excellent. The second time I ordered it, in April, it came in a foil bag and the seeds were somewhat smaller, bitter and, most importantly, not digestively effective. I still have some of the first bag, so I can do a direct comparison. I sent a message to the seller through Amazon explaining this prior to ordering more, as the second seeds are useless to me, and never received a reply. Guess I will be looking for a new supplier.

this is very nice product. smaller in size but the flavor is very strong. i am going to make a tincture out of this and base on its strong flavor, i know i can get a nice tincture of this and made a good herbal remedy for cough and dispelling mucus in the lungs.
