I recently purchased this for my son as he was wanting a cd player because he’s started amassing himself a collection, so I asked him what kind he wanted and he said just a small one that doesn’t take up much space. So I showed him this one and he said it would be perfect, so I promptly ordered it and it arrived safely the next day. Out of the box it wasn’t complicated to set up, just a power cable, a remote and an Ariel. Not too many buttons on the unit and the unit looked very nice in his room with all his other bits of tech. Overall the sound is excellent for such a small unit which plays cd’s, has a dab+ radio, and you can stream and connect via Bluetooth too! All in all a nice little music system that performs well and is great value for the price, highly recommended if you’re looking for something smaller.

Excellent quality and beautiful clear sound with a deep bass on ALL output. This unit would fit in with any decor and is easy enough to set up and start using. It is important to read the manual to learn what the buttons do at the start and when you have the confidence with it very shortly afterwards you have a very satisfying deep sounding (and potentially loud) hi fi unit that looks refined and gives out some clout. It has a lovely matt wooden finish and is generally attractive and nice to look at. The unit is easy enough to set up and everything you need is supplied in its sturdy box. Panasonic quality device AGAIN Looks very impressive.

Appears to be of reasonable quality & sound but as yet unable to get a radio reception- will need to boost with additional or replacement aerial due to location of house

I bought this item after reading the reviews. I must say I am very happy with it, a nice small size but it has a great sound, it looks and sounds quality and not silly money.

Excellent bit of kit, our old dining room radio cd packed up after 16 years and after 3 failed attempts we got one that fits the bill. Great sound and gets the stations we want on dab.

Very very pleased with this stereo. Easy to operate, sound quality v good. Plenty loud enough. Definitely recommend. Bought one month ago, used lots, no problems.

I bought this Panasonic as I trusted the make and the ratings I played a perfectly good CD in it really enjoyed the sound. Press the button for it to come out and the CD tray was empty. I have had to return the machine as it swallowed my CD it is in the machine somewhere. I think it is because the plastic tray that holds a CD is flimsy and has nothing in the middle to anchor a CD down therefore I suppose it must’ve just slipped off. I shall not be replacing it with the same make or model

Small but perfectly formed. I own/have owned a lot of Panasonic products and this maintains the standards of good design and great quality of the brand. Of course this unit does not produce the sound of the set I put together 26 years ago for the lounge, but this unit is in a bedroom and it performs beyond my expectations and my needs. Sure, if I wanted to seem/pretend to be impressive or an expert, (I am neither) I could moan for ever and a day, but the price prevents me being unreasonable. Bach's Toccata and Fugue in D is a good test of any sound system it passed comfortably, as it did when tested with Bob Marley... Buy the cheapest appropriate F-mount aerial from Amazon if you must. It's easy to install and brings good results, but it's not absolutely necessary.
