What should I do when using a product for the first time?

The battery could be low after long time storage and transport. Before initial use, please ensure that the solar panel is charged for 1-2 days to ensure the battery is fully charged.

How long does the battery last on a full charge? Will it work on cloudy days?

A full charge provides 15 hours of lighting in mode or dim-to-bright motion sensor mode. On cloudy or rainy days, please adjust the direction of the solar panel to fully absorb sunlight which ensures the light stays on even during bad weather.

What should I pay attention to during daily use?

Ensure that the solar panel is positioned correctly and receiving ample sunlight. Do not install the solar panel in the shade of trees, other light sources or air conditioner outdoor units where they can’t absorb sunlight.(Only ON at Night)

Is the installation complicated?

Not at all. The split design allows for simple DIY installation without wiring or an electrician. You just mount the solar panel in a sunny spot (roof or yard) and connect it to the light on the wall using the extension cable.

What if I receive a defective light?

We offer a 1-year manufacturer's support from the date of purchase. If any non-human damage occurs, let us know and we will resolve.
