Best Budget Watch For Small Wrists
Looks great and more expensive than it is, the little S’s that show up on the dial in the light are really cool, 🆒 the original bracelet is junk so changed it. Time keeping not the best but I can handle that for the price. Be warned the watch is SMALL. If you have bigger wrists it’s not going to look right. My wrist is really small at 16cm/6.30 inches due to an injury so this watch is ideal for me.

Great watch for the money
Great watch for the money , does need to be shaken daily if you're not wearing it. Small face but clear. Have now had this watch for 6 years and it is still great, in fact now 5 stars, don't wear it everyday so needs to be shaken but keeps good time and still looks great

A classic seiko
I got my first Seiko Automatic over 30 years ago, second hand. A Chronograph automatic. It is still going to this day but the second hand keept falling off (after about 20 years) so I've given up on it! I then bought a very expensive Seiko Kinetic which lasted about 5 years until the battery gave up. I have now bought this (though I have several other brands for other occasions). What can I say? A lovely 'grown up' watch. An everyday timepiece for all occasions which I can see lasting another 30 years if I'm lucky!

Why You Will Hate Adjusting This Too!
This is a direct replacement for one exactly the same purchased four of five years ago so do not be fooled by the stated current model year. This week, the last one stopped then, after a deal of shaking around started again but went at 1.33 times the proper speed - I have been very early ever since! The instructions gave no indication of how to adjust the strap but it would be all right wouldn't it - I had done it last time. Wrong! I remember it being a pain then and was doubly miffed as I had recently purchased a watch pin remover only to discover this had the "L" shaped clips/pins. I had a quick look on the internet to refresh my memory. Why is it Americans post do it yourself videos without preparing themselves and cannot explain anything clearly as well as not knowing what a Phillips screwdriver is? Anyway, having rambled myself, the point is this: These straps are yet another example of manufacturers designing and making products for their ease and economies and to hell with the customer. The pins are fiendishly awkward to remove and, I suspect, impossible to extract without scratching the inside of the strap. Please take my advice and steer away from any such goods. If you do not heed this warning buy some Amazon Rigger Gloves next time you need to increase your order to get free postage. Wear them to do this job and mind your fingers. Don't say you were not warned. Mike.

Seiko 5 for a Car Enthusiast
This is the 4th 7S26 powered Seiko 5 I've owned and the second "Speed Racer." I had an SNK375 (same dial!) previously and to be honest, there was nothing wrong with that watch, except that I didn't like the curvy case. Owning a watch can be senselessly subjective like that. I sold that watch literally 2 months ago and I ended up buying this one because I realized my other automatic watches, including a Seiko SARB017 Alpinist and a SRPB41 Cocktail Time "Blue Moon", didn't have a day of week, and I just missed having a fun, light, car-inspired watch without needing to put on a chunky chronograph. Is this a technically advanced watch? Not by a longshot. At this point, with the new line of Seiko 5s out for a year (or more?), this is a previous generation Seiko 5, powered by the 7S26 automatic movement. It has no hand winding, no hacking (stopping the second hand when setting time) and is probably half a minute off each day, depending on how good or bad your luck is with your movement. The bracelet? It's jangly, it's terrible and will definitely pull out arm hairs. But even so, there's something honest and refreshing about strapping on one of these. It runs because you, the wearer, moved enough for it to run. If it's stopped, shake it a few times, and it springs to life. The car tachometer style accents including the red stripe from 12 to 4 o'clock, the hollowed out hour hand (adds lightness!), and the red second needle all evoke the feeling that I should step away from my desk, fire up the car and rev the motor out to redline a couple of times. It's a cool, fun watch to own, wear and look at. Yeah, I think I'm going to go for that drive now.
