Pelican 8 Quart Personal Lunch Box Coolers

This is a great lunchbox cooler. It's large enough to put a large ice pack and 3 drinks, and it still has space to put a couple of snacks on the top in the organizer that comes with the lunchbox. But not too large to take up a lot of space where you will like to store it. One of the best features of this lunchbox is a ice pack that is included. It keeps my food and drinks cold all day. I definitely recommend this lunchbox if you're looking for a high quality one.

This was given as a gift. My son is enjoying the versatility as he uses it every day on his job. The design to accommodate the ice packs, and the insulation and secure seal keep his lunch protected from the summer heat without touching his packaged lunch to prevent sogginess. It is very portable and made of quality material to make it easy to clean.

This Pelican personal cooler is amazing! It keeps drinks and snacks cold for hours and feels extremely durable. I thought about buying this cooler for a long time before I jumped. It is very high-quality, but the size is a little bit too narrow in the width. It cannot fit a 16 ounce can laying down side to side and a square Tupperware container holding a sandwich will not fit as well. Otherwise it’s pretty good. One nice feature is the compartment on the top that can hold a cell phone. Hey pelican, make it wider.

Good quality. Perfect for my lunch. Doesn't seem to leak if tipped over. My one complaint is that the lid when open makes it too top heavy so it can fall over easily or the lid will slam shut.

My husband loves this lunch box cooler. He's a truck driver in Texas and he puts the cooler in his passenger seat within reaching distance. Perfect for his bottled water and sodas . They stay cold all day with a reusable ice pack between the drinks and ice pack in the lid that was included.

Overall it's pretty good. The built in ice pack is ridiculous and a complete waste of time. It's 1/4" thin and won't keep anything cool. You have to buy a larger ice pack to put in the bottom which eats into your space. Not worth the price.

8qt version. Perfect lunch box. Will stay cold for two solid days with the built in cold slab and a couple of slim ice gel packs. Perfect size for fitting into a work duffel bag, solid as a rock, will last decades. Best lunch box I’ve ever had. Good volume inside even with extra cold packs. Perfect for enough food for a 12+hour work shift.

It is a money value product , good quality as expected.

Pelican have a reputation for building robust, functional products and this cooler is no exception. It's price reflects it's build quality and I was very happy when I unboxed it.

Bouncing around this earth with this brute on the end of my meat slinky for a year maybe, nice unit. One year old regular use and the wear on it is the handle doesnt hold itself upright anymore, there are a few scratches from when I was learning to drive and the label is finally starting to peel but only a corner. Cold all day, included cold pak is great. Eight cans and a half bag of ice-youre welcome. Not waterproof if tipped or used on bear defense.
