Never buy a Kodak TV. I purchased this Kodak TV on 22 September 2025, and it stopped working on 26 May 2026—well within the warranty period. The worst part is the after-sales service. There is no proper customer care number to speak with a representative. You're forced to communicate through WhatsApp, but the messages often go unanswered. An engineer eventually visited and informed me that a part needed to be replaced, but said it would take at least two months to arrive. Since then, I've made numerous follow-ups, but no one has responded or provided any update. A product can develop faults, but what matters is how a company supports its customers. Unfortunately, Kodak's customer service has been extremely disappointing. Pathetic after-sales service. I would not recommend buying a Kodak TV.

At the time of purchase, my requirement was just for a 32-inch LED TV that supports HDMI connection because I needed to put this in Guard room so that he can watch the camera recordings. When I bought this product, I got it for a very reasonable price and that too with the functions it support. It has built-in android so that we can download all the OTT apps for our entertainment. I didn't buy it for those functions but having them in this price is nice. Also, I thought that these features are just for marketing and we will not get the quality and apps would hang, but, I was wrong, they work fine and the display quality is also very good. I am satisfied with this product, and it fulfils all my requirements. P.S.: I didn't connect Wi-fi on this TV, or else the guard would wind up watching youtube for the whole day😅😅.

​I bought this Kodak 43-inch LED TV on Amazon back in October of last year. At first, it seemed like a solid deal for the price, but I am deeply regretting it now. ​Recently, the TV just stopped working properly and is completely stuck on the Android logo when booting up. It won't go past that screen at all. I reached out to Kodak customer care immediately, but it’s been more than 15 days and I haven't gotten a single response from their side. Complete radio silence. ​Here is the harsh reality I've realized: it doesn't matter how many fancy features a TV company gives you for a cheap price. What actually matters is the after-sales service, and for Kodak, it is absolutely pathetic. Once they have your money, you are on your own. ​My advice to anyone reading this? Just spend a little more and buy electronics from a reputed company that actually has a service center near you. Otherwise, you'll just end up suffering with a useless screen. I learned my lesson the hard way, and I just hope nobody else has to. Avoid this TV.

One of the best tvs if you want something under 9k with andriod in it and good 720p display for buget purposes

At this price segment, the Kodak TV is a decent product in terms of picture quality and features — good value for money overall. However, I have serious doubts about their after-sales service. They advertise free installation services, but in reality, you may end up waiting for weeks. They are not capable of arranging installation within the promised 72 hours. After multiple follow-ups, I had no choice but to get the installation done through Urban Company instead. This is definitely an area where Kodak needs major improvement.
