Great
Bought for a friend who unfortunately suffers from COPD , she was using one provided by the NHS but for whatever reason had to buy her own and after researching she picked this one , she lives the breathing ability on this machine , very easy to use and set up , build quality is excellent , she has been using a few days and she says its very good value for money , at the moment she's using pari saline capsules until her doc advises otherwise .

Good Buy
Powerful machine. Works very well. It is small, so you can bring it anywhere or tuck away. Easy to use as well.

Quality nebuliser
I ordered this after I found out it was the same as used at my local hospital.

So Far, So Good
I've had three previous nebulisers—all handheld mesh ones. The first two were Beurer IH55s. The first one lasted about a year before it stopped producing a mist. The second one only lasted a few weeks before it died. The third one was a cheap non-brand Chinese knock-off, which lasted a couple of months before it started to have days where it chose not to work. Given my experiences, I decided to go for something more substantial, which didn't have a delicate mesh, which could be easily damaged. After much deliberation, I plumped for a Pari Compact2. I have just used my Pari Compact2 nebuliser for the first time and I am impressed. It's definitely more suited to use in the home, rather than on the move, as it's not as compact as a handheld nebuliser and needs to be plugged in (although I did use the others off mains). On the plus side it seems far more solid and well made. Hopefully it will last much longer than my previous nebulisers. It produces a far more steady and higher flow of mist (I'm only fluids similar to water in viscosity). It's easy to setup and the instructions are clear, comprehensive and written in english (not another language or some dodgy translation of another language). There are a number of different attachments available, although this model comes with a mask and mouthpiece only. Cleaning instructions are clear and easy to perform. On the downside, it's noisier than a mesh nebuliser. It sounds a bit like a pressure washer or tire inflator, but not as loud. It's not as convenient to carry around as a handheld nebuliser, but you could probably still take it on holiday, provided the local electrical system was compatible (it has a UK 3-pin plug). It's still early days, but so far, so good.
