Packed too tightly
The scrunchies and ties were in the clip and packed in the box, so the clip was cracked all over. Otherwise, I like it. I recommend the curlers that tie as they look cuter, are softer, and keep the hair more secure. I also think longer hair tends to get better results. The box was in a bag, unsealed. It's a fantastic deal right now - $6.99 ($13.99 plus 10% AND 40% off).

Everything you need in one kit
This product gives you everything you might need to make yourself heatless curls, but your enjoyment will depend on 1) how you expect your curls to turn out and 2) how you wrap your hair. I tried a couple of different ways- my favorite is wrapping sections of hair around in a circular fashion, which created loose waves for me. I then tried a braiding type technique and it had a different look. I was bothered by sleeping on my hair with this product in, but that's a personal preference. The texture of the product protects hair from frizz and flyaways, which is appreciated. Overall, I like this kit; it just needs some experimentation to make it work for you and your preferences.

I want to love this….
But I can’t right now. I’m not sure if it’s because I have too many layers in my hair or what, but every time I try to use it, my hair falls out while twisting. I really wanted to give them a go because I’ve seen them everywhere and I love the curls it gives. When I had longer hair, I could just twist my hair when it was damp and fall asleep with it twisted and wake up with beautiful curls. I miss that and wanted this to give me those type of curls back. But I guess I’m going to have to wait til my hair gets longer or just keep trying and see if I can eventually get it to work with my hair.

Works but only for long hair
So, this does work. But, it works only for long hair I think! I have hair that is a bit longer than shoulder length…and, I can’t get this to work on my hair. My hair just unravels. But my daughter has Long Long hair that nearly touches her bottom! This works great on her hair! And if you have hair that has Lots of flyaways/breakage, this won’t work well because it will miss a lot of strands and they’ll just stay unraveled. So, if you have super long hair, this is for you. If not, it’s not.

cut down on frizz
I've tried satin pillowcase, bonnet, and now this to combat frizz in my 2c-3a medium-long hair. This worked well for that but definitely changed curl pattern. My hair was about 75% air dried when I used this without any styling product (except detangler right after washing) and wore to bed. It was comfortable to sleep in and stayed in place. It loosened curl from roots to mid-length but left ends with big curls and overall, hair had volume. I would've had to touch up with curling iron to get it to lay right which I chose not to do. It looked good in a half-up style and also ponytail. I'm not sure how this will fit into my routine, but I'll try it again and experiment with how tight I wrap my hair.

Easier than using traditional rollers for curls
This heatless curling rod headband makes it way easier for me to get curly or wavier hair versus using traditional rollers. It took me a fraction of the time to wrap my hair around the band instead of spending lots of time rolling hair around individual rollers. I was able to secure nicely in place using the provided scrunchies and clip. I left in overnight and it wasn't too uncomfortable to sleep in. In the morning I just unwound my hair from around the headband and used my fingers to seperate into beautiful wavy curls. Overall pleased with this heatless headband for curls

Good option for curls and no heat damage
These are easy to use and actually reasonably comfortable to sleep in. You basically twist the hair around the curlers and the result is very soft, pretty curls. I have fine hair and noticed that my curl does not stay as long as it does with heat, but this is a healthier option.

Comfortable
These take a while to get used to using, but once you do they actually work well. The only thing is I still get a lot of frizz around the edges, so end up using a hot tool anyways. I think it looks cute on since you can wrap it and tie it up.
