14 AWG pure copper wire with marks to note usage
Appears to be pure copper conductor wire, 14 AWG X 2 with ground. The sheath has markings for size, specs and also for the circuit usage I assume you could circle the application then you know it goes to the bedroom, kitchen, etc.
