This is currently our favorite brand of electrolyte packet. I like Trace Minerals because it's pretty clean, there's no junk, and no sketchy fake sweetner. They are salty. One kid groans about drinking them (he wants the liquid IV packs back), and the other kid is hoping they will make a pina colada version (hint, hint, Trace!). To be fair, the tropical version is pretty close to that. We also really like the mango flavor. I've tried LMNT packs and don't like them as much. I notice a difference in how I feel when I drink one of these. I tend to have a bit more energy through the day and don't feel as "parched". X country kid says they help with muscle cramps after a long run. The only downside is the packets are hard to open. They don't tear cleanly across the top and can be messy.

These taste delicious and have a bit more minerals that other brands (sounds like element). I wish they could get by without Stevia. But the taste isn’t as overwhelming as the other brand. I’ll buy these from now on, they make you feel great and are so easy to add into your routine! Would give 5 stars but not a fan on stevia

Gets the job done! I was extremely dehydrated and felt sluggish, this product perked me right up! I got the watermelon and it tasted delicious. Yes, it has a slight salty taste, but it’s necessary!

I’m not usually big on electrolyte drinks, but now that I’ve been lifting heavy, working out more often, and working in the heat every day, I’ll admit these are pretty solid. The taste is great in my opinion it doesn’t come off artificial, and if you dilute it with 32–64 oz of water, the flavor is subtle and really refreshing. If you’re someone who likes salty flavors, mixing it with 12–20 oz of water gives you a salty watermelon taste that actually works really well. Overall, I’d recommend giving this product a try. I’ve always used their Concentrace mineral drops, and when I saw these, I figured I’d test them out
