I have the Microsoft Teams version, which includes a dedicated Teams button. It’s convenient for raising my hand during calls or launching the Teams app directly. One limitation is that you can’t reprogram the button for things like play/pause music, but honestly, I don’t miss that functionality – I use it mostly for meetings anyway. One of my favorite features is the microphone status light – green when unmuted, red when muted. It’s simple but really helpful to know whether I'm live during a call. Muting and unmuting is quick and easy with a single touch. While I normally keep it connected to my PC via USB, I’ve also used it several times over Bluetooth with my phone, and it works flawlessly. The included carrying case is another great bonus – I work in consulting and often have to travel to client meetings, so having a compact, portable speaker I can rely on is a big plus. I have had this for a year and really enjoy it. Easy to take if traveling, plus has a nice cover for it. Easy to connect. Works great with Teams. Good sound for the other end as well as the speaker.

I use this exclusively for teleconferencing on my desktop. Setup was easy and the audio quality is excellent. While it’s not great for music the sound is surprisingly well balanced and natural for conversations.

Much more comfortable than headphones. Will you sound as clear? Not exactly, I'm told I sound a little less natural, but still perfectly fine. I had tried a cheaper product before and was not satisfied, but this is well crafted and will be my everyday communication device for work.

Excellent audio quality on both the speaker and microphone

Facing echo issues sometimes when using ms teams. The only way to fix is disconnecting from the meeting and reconnecting. Never had this issue with previous jabra version.

Speaker volume and mic sensitivity is good enough for a small conference room. The MS Team buttom is useless because this is intended for Zoom. Wish it could be reconfigured for that.
