This little label printer is great. I was pleasantly surprised. Easy set-up and the driver was installed in no time. I use this with Pirate Ship and have had no issues at all. The quality of the print is great and it prints the label in no more than a second! It's very nice and compact so it fits nicely on my desk. The only gripe I have is that Amazon delivered it without any additional box, only in the original box for everyone to see on my porch. There was also no tape on the box. I would have appreciated proper packaging but that's not the seller's fault. I highly recommend this printer.

So the printer itself is great. Not a single issue. However, the app (Label Expert) is the real hidden gem. It can autocrop your imported labels. Also, it remembers rotation settings. I checked out A LOT of the other printer apps and the vast majority of them have you manually pinching the label to fit in the 4x6 square, it’s awful. Some even wanted subscriptions (Rollo!) and had other horrible problems. This is the rare app that does all the hard formatting for you. After your first print, it will remember exactly how the label should be for following prints, you don’t have to touch anything. Just import the label, then connect to the printer and let it rip. Don’t need to make an account, the printer always shows up immediately for printing, no annoyances at all. After you mess with it the first time it seriously takes like two clicks once you import the label- it’s easily by far the quickest file to printing pipeline I’ve seen. Actually very impressive and it’s going to save you a lot of grief and time.Also as a bonus it claims to collect ZERO data; and it’s one of the best looking printer apps I’ve seen- most of them are extremely basic and mostly text and yet still laggy and unoptimized. The app is where you’re going to be spending all your time with this product, and so don’t underestimate its importance.

I've used this printer for my small business everyday since I first got it over a year ago! It is easy to set up and I've never had any issues, which says a lot for a non-techy person! It saves me so much time and hassle printing and I love how small it is. Highly recommend for anyone with a small business or shop

I haven't really put it to the test but the setup was great. I did a couple test prints. The machine responds well. So I have no complaints thus far. I managed to buy a stand and 2" colorful circle labels to go with the 4"X6" labels that was included in package. Quick shipping with a beautiful price! Worth the splurge!!!

Performs well on any home/office desk setup without taking too much space. Price is also good especially if you can snag one while on sale

Wow, this blew me away. I am so sorry I didn’t get this sooner. With printer ink being expensive, I finally decided to get a thermal label printer for my Etsy shop shipping. This thing was so easy to set up - just plug it in, go to the company’s website to download the installer, and go to settings on my old mac to add a new printer. It was ready to go in a few minutes and printed super fast with no issues. Very happy experience.
