I am very happy with this smart door lock. The installation was quick and easy, and the instructions were clear enough to follow without any problems. I’m so happy with this smart keypad door lock with handle. Installation was easy and simple, the instructions were clear enough to follow without any problems . I use the app to set up password for family members. Different family members prefer different methods, and it’s nice having multiple backups. Between the app, keypad code, fingerprint, key fob, and a real physical key, it’s incredibly flexible. It feels sturdy, looks modern, and has made accessing my home much more convenient.

This smart door lock with handle works really well. Very good design, Mati easier to open the door and lock the door. Looks stylish too. Finger print is the key! No worries about losing keys anymore! Our whole family like it!

Very versatile lock - I really like the many ways to unlock. I have just installed it this week, so time will tell as to how it holds up, so far so good. The video and written instructions were very helpful. I replaced a traditional door lock (key only) that was quite old and not working well. I gave it only 4 stars because the app (bluetooth) can only be used by one person. While you can add people to access it, it must be via fingerprint, code, or fob, of course you can make more keys, but I was expecting it to be like hotels where you can share with many personnel. However, that's a minor issue, as the other methods all work well. I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a versatile door lock.

Update: This product just locked my fiance and I out of the house. The locking mechanism failed entirely. If it wasn’t for our kwikset keypad on our front door we would have had to call a lock smith or break the entire back French door. DO NOT BUY!!! This is a great product! I purchased this smart lock for our French doors, which lead to our screened-in porch. The lock on our old door handle was backward (it's hard to explain), and we were constantly worried about accidentally locking ourselves out of the house. Now I can close the door without giving it a second thought. I typically use the fingerprint unlock option, but the keypad and fob options are nice too. I also love that I can check the battery life through the app. This smart lock would be especially beneficial for those with children. You can see who unlocked the door, how they unlocked it, and when they unlocked it through the app. While I don't have any kids of my own, I think this is a great feature for parents who have kids who get home from school or summer programs before their parent(s) get home from work. If I did have children, this feature would provide me with reassurance that my children got inside the house safely with no issues. Plus, with this smart lock, you never have to worry about your child losing or forgetting their house key. The temporary passcode option is great. If you're going out of town and need a pet/house sitter to come in, you don't have to worry about leaving a spare key outside or providing them with a key. If you're comfortable with letting maintenance providers in your home without being there, the temporary code feature is great for that as well. Also, if you have any mobility limitations, or in the event that you or a family member is home alone and needs to unlock the door for emergency services, this feature (or the Bluetooth unlock feature) could come in handy as well. Overall, both the smart lock and the app are fantastic! I HIGHLY recommend this product. I plan to purchase more of these for our front door, our back door, and our garage side entry door.

I purchased this lock to put on a walkout basement door. In eliminates the need for a key. And locks automatically behind you. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

Installation was easy and so was the programming. I installed on the door going to my garage so, in and out don’t need a key. I have only been using for about a week now but would not go back to a key lock. The finger print ID works much better than expected. Extremely satisfied with this lock.

Excellent smart door lock. Install was very easy. We had a bit of problem with the software at first. But we just needed to learn how to scroll to the menu of options, then it was very easy. Has finger print, code numbers, a scan card and has been excellent and very helpful to unlock door when arms are full of groceries, etc. Both sides come with a little pad for installing on metal doors. And their customer service was awesome and got back to us right away! I would buy again and highly recommend.

Our autistic son elopes. These door locks have been an absolute game changer. We install them backwards on our exterior doors so he cannot access outside. Meanwhile, we don’t have to be carrying keys all the time & have piece of mind. If you have autistic child, you need these door locks.
