Love this hoover. I had a shark which I'd had for about 10 years and felt I needed an upgrade! Henry is great. Powerful suction on the normal mode and the extra one nearly lifts the carpet! Great on hard floor as well. It's slightly heavier than the shark but manageable for me. I ordered the mini tool as well and it's definitely worth it for the stairs and even the car. I like the fact you can add the scent pods as well. it comes with one already so no need to buy straight away if you're not sure. Haven't had to empty it as yet but love the fact it's dust free and I don't have to put my hand in t make sure it's all empty!

I ordered henry after sending back a cheaper make which didn't even pick up on the boost mode , this henry is amazing , super powerfull , haven't needed boost on this one although I did try it and it nearly sucked up my carpet, in a good way , the suction is amazing , have done whole house and still not needed to charge again , glides well on hard floor and carpet , dust bag is good less messy dust everywhere , haven't smelt the air freshner yet , it is heavier than previous vacuum I had but I can live with that due to the fact it picks up so well , my only gripe would be it doesn't stand up on its own , so if you turn it off briefly you have to wedge it against something to stop it falling , that said all in all I am super pleased with henry and highly recommend , worth the money

I love my new Henry upright. The quality is good and it picks up great and has super boost, this does use up the charge quickly so I just use it very occasional. It is easy to manoeuvre around but it’s much more heavier than stated. The down side is the foot, when lifting it flops down and has no secure to be able to sit up alone. It needs to be leant against something. Apart from thatit has the best suction I’ve ever had so I’m happy.

Bought this after owning a shark stick vac for a few years. This hands the shark its a$$. Good suction, the head doesn’t seem to get clogged with dog hair and the bag system is clean and easy to use.

Makes vacuuming a joy! It's very efficient, particularly on the turbo setting. Well made, so it's easy to change from short format to long and vice versa. Fool proof when changing the bags. Love it.

It a good product and it powerful, easy to assemble

Brilliant suction, long battery life. If it's not tied down, especially flimsy rugs, it will try and eat it. Much more powerful than my regular Hetty. I was surprised!! You can open the vent to reduce suction. High power is ferocious!

Good device. Point of strenght are: begged and cordless. As improvment, the device should be able to keep the vertical position by itself, the engine should be located on the bottom instead of top. It also pushes out strong air. The light is useful to see the area that still needs to be clean keeping the room in the dark. Apart that, it is a good product.
