Look at all the reviews…it’s the same issue! Mine worked 2 times but started over heating, then it started leaking water uncontrollably from the area of the machine where the hose connects. It is very cheaply made and disappointing.I only used it 2x and for this to happen is horrible. Unfortunately I am just outside the 30 day window (because how often will you realistically use a power washer w/n 30 days anyways). As a result, I cannot get a full refund even though I just bought it in late June and it’s mid September only having used it 2 times.That being said, do not buy. Save your money and go after another product that is better quality. Pay attention to these reviews and save yourself the disappointment.

The unit I purchased was advertised as having 4200 psi maximum pressure. Not a chance. Not even close. I have owned and used in the past a gas powered unit rated at 2400 psi and an electric powered unit rated at 1600 psi. My best estimate for this one would be around 1800 psi max. After only 1.2 seasons of only light use, it sprang a non-repairable leak inside the hose reel at a pressed on joint. Overall quality is so bad I don't want to put any money into it. In the trash it goes.

this lasted 15 minutes. it leaked all over and you can't get to the parts that are leaking. no customer service number. its the biggest piece of junk. I usually have minor things to say if I'm not happy but this is the worst. DO NOT BUY IT.DO NOT BUY ITDO NOT BUY IT. YOU CAN'T EVEN SEND IT BACK. JUST AWFUL.

Everything about this unit screams CHEAP!! Buyer beware . It will power wash, however.

Pressure washer worked okay until it didn't. Used for 9 months and it stopped working. Will not turn on and not able to use or replace being its already out of warranty. From a small business standpoint, it's unreasonable to have such a short warranty time. Would not recommend.

The media could not be loaded.  I've had this for about 9 months didn't use it all winter tried it for the first time this summer and this is what's happening I checked all the gaskets ripped it apart can't find nothing wrong with it so a little discouraged that this thing didn't make it a year. Otherwise it's an ok unit.Lol

I was very careful, did everything right. The thing felt cheap and fragile from the get go, so I never even set it past half strength. After about 40 minutes of gentle intermittent use, water began to leak , then pour out from inside the machine. The water made the motor start running continuously, rendering the machine broken. Would not recommend.
