I recently purchased the LuvLap Alpha Baby Stroller and it has been a really good experience so far. The one-fold mechanism is super convenient, especially when you're handling the baby alone—it opens and closes smoothly without any hassle.Assembly was surprisingly simple—only the wheels needed to be attached, and the whole process took just about 5 minutes. No complicated setup at all, which is a big plus for new parents.The stroller feels sturdy and well-built, and the 5-point safety harness provides complete peace of mind while traveling. It’s also very travel-friendly—lightweight, easy to carry, and fits comfortably in the car without taking up much space.The seating is comfortable for the baby, and the design looks modern and neat. The wheels glide smoothly even on slightly uneven roads, making daily walks much easier.Another thing worth mentioning is the after-sales support, which has been excellent and responsive.Overall, it’s a great value-for-money stroller that offers safety, convenience, and portability. It is indeed value for money. The quality is top notch. The wheel movement is smooth like butter. Suitable for baby and toddlers with safety. Loved it . Such a good price range . Light weight and compact for travelling.

Buit is amazing, travel friendly worth the money

I was skeptical about buying a LuvLap stroller and my major concern was quality and after sales service (parts availablity in case of any damage). However, my overall experience has been quite good so far. This stroller has a decently sturdy built which is strong enough to last for 2-3 years. It is highly versatile with several features usually found in high-end strollers that cost upwards of INR 30K-40K. Big wheels, various reclining positions, reclining foot rest, reverse handle, safety lock with safety strap, washable upholstery, etc. It can be collapsed/folded using one button and can be carried as a luggage using the extendable handle. And an after-market cushion can provide additional comfort during long journeys. Assembling the stroller is super easy.After sales service: This is where LuvLap shines. Their after sales service is outstanding. They have humans (not chatbots) to interact and listen to your problems. You get a dedicated customer service representative looking after your complaints and providing you timely updates. During a recent trip, we lost one of the safety harness pads and LuvLap sent me a free replacement in just a couple of days! They could have easily charged me for this replacement but they did not. Attention to fine details like this go a long way. I think this brand is lead by a customer centric team and they got a bright future. Way to go LuvLap!

Not worth the price. Functions are nice but Th quality is very poor and it starts to have issues within 3-4 months of buying. Wheels go In different direction, the back adjust straps keep slipping , the net behind the seats bulks up over baby head, the foot rest fabric base keeps running out. Total waste of money.

This stroller is very nice and easy to use. I have used it for an year now and it was very helpful for me. After about 11 months brake was not working fine so I also got my frame replaced within warranty. Customer service agent Ritwika Ghosh was very friendly helped me through out the process. However, the service is a bit slow and can be fast-tracked for better user experience.
