Does the large outlet waste pipe of the toilet point backwards or down into the floor?

Backwards ' bought a few of these loos easy to assemble and great product for the money If it's for your home put a better quality loo seat on

What are the dimensions?

The unit and sink about 22 ins wide and length 32ish and D: 12 ins. The whole set inc of toilet set fit in width 42 ins, leaving a gap of about 5 ins in between. My bathroom is small so it fits beautifully. The dimensions as described are fairly accurate. Hope this helps. Marie

How does it fix to the floor ? in the picture the screw hole is on the side, is there a bracket ?

Yes you can purchase the fixing from Amazon. The part you require doesn't come with the kit.
