we purchased this product a few months back and it worked great but then it stopped working after contacting the company they were very prompt and sent us a new even though we were not in the return window. Very impressed there are not many companies that stand behind their product but this one definitely does.

I don't often write product reviews. But I have to say this product disappointed me. The time setting mechanism (rotating the outer ring) is difficult to operate to the point of not being worth the effort to use.

Works well. Easy to use. Simple configuration ~ easily memorized. The low volume seeing could be lower imo. I live in a1 bedroom apartment and I can hear it from my bathroom (about 15ft away and around a corner (so a wall in-between). However, I personally like able to hear it that way. It sits directly above my stove and I've taken in the bathroom during showers so it's been exposed to a plethora of steam and I've seen no issues. Seems like it'll last for a while 🤞 Also, magnets are pretty strong imo

It was delivered on 6/6/2023, I used 4 times weekly, and it stops working with no reason after less than 2 months.The magnet is unable to hold itself on the fridge wall during your turning to set time.11/14/23, After 2 days of my initial review, seller contact me to offer a full refund, they're deserves for a better rating. Charged once and won’t charge anymore. Setting the time isn’t smooth between adding seconds and minutes. Getting a refund

This is an kitchen timer that is very technical. After reading the directions I noticed that you have to turn the face of the clock to change the time. The clock has a nice sound and it also sits nicely on the stove. The timer is correct and its a nice shape and looks very sharp in the kitchen.

Time is set by one dial. One touch starts and stops. So far it looks well made and works well.

This product is so unbelievably cheap. What is the point of having a timer that will not ring when it stops ticking? The whole point of a timer is that something goes off when time is up. Does not work.
