I have been using almost daily on my knee. I woke up with a stiff neck and used it on my shoulder and it provided relief. I did too many push ups and my other shoulder was stiff. The heat and vibration of this devise works great. I feel no shoulder pain or stiffness after 15 minutes of heat and vibration. This is a great product and works better than advertised.

I suffer from osteoarthritis in my knees and have been seeking a knee brace/massager to alleviate my knee pain. After exploring various options on Amazon, I selected this particular model due to its essential features, such as extended battery life, pulsating functionality, and heat therapy. While it lacks red light therapy, this is inconsequential to me as I utilize it over my clothing. I appreciate its versatility, as I can comfortably wear it while walking, standing or lying down flat, unlike some rigid/hard case options available on Amazon that restrict movement and can only be used when the knee is bent. The pulsation strength is robust, and the heat feature effectively soothes without causing discomfort or burns to my skin. In summary, I find this product to be highly satisfactory for my needs.

I would have gave these company 5 stars, but it was clear to me that it was an item that someone wear and returned it.m, they was no tags or anything attached to it just a clear bag encased it and it’s box. There was small by noticeable signs of wear and tear on this product. I was very upset but I prayed over it and I kept it because I was in so much of pain I needed something to help me in that moment. I have to say that this s a great product, it vibrant and heats. I would recommend this product. But, a note to the manufacturer, please make sure your warehouse is supervise when packaging your products, shelving them and sending them out. Thank you.

Relaxing. I have a torn meniscus and LCL sprain, not a deep message but the vibration is soothing and does help. Heating mechanism is Great!

This is a great heated knee sleeve. It's easy to charge. It heats up very quickly. No cord so you can move around without a hassle. I even wear it to the grocery store or out in the yard when I'm mowing and blowing. The vibration options are nice and you can run the heat at the same time, but the battery lasts far less when you run both. The velcro sticks really well too. I've used it on other things than just my knee, such as my elbow and ankle. Extra velcro strap included. I've already turned a few other people onto this same knee sleeve I like it so much! In my opinion it's worth every penny. Highly recommended!

Bought this for husband for Valentine’s Day. It worked well for him at first. Now, March 23, it no longer works nor will it charge. Very disappointing. UPDATE. Reached out to vendor and they happily replaced. He has been using the replacement for a few weeks and it is still working fine. It provides relief for his ailing knee.

I purchased it for my mother. After wearing this she felt relieved and also it's vibration function is good.

Why are we supposed to ship back the product when the seller tries to give you a faulty item. It's cheating openly. The seller should pick up the return i have already sent back the product but no refund has been made
