more of a slip vs a petticoat
When I think of a petticoat I think of an item that flares out a bit. This item just hangs straight down. This is turquoise slip, more than a petticoat. That being said this will fit most sizes as it has an elastic waistband that can be tied for the size you want. The price is good for what you are getting. Just understand if a true petticoat is what you want this is not it. The quality of the fabric is good and I will be using this as a base to add fabric for more of a flare.

Well… I sew. Needless to say this wasn’t the best sewn item, nor best quality satin, so I am using as a liner for a dress I am working on. But not quality made. And, it was very short - I am 5.9 1/2” tall. Maybe for someone smaller that doesn’t care about underneath.
