So far, so good
I've been taking these to support with joint aches and energy levels. It's only early days, but so far so good. It may be the placebo effect, but I felt slightly more energetic than usual. No difference regarding joint aches and pains yet, but as I said, early days, hoping that will improve too. They seem good quality, arrived sealed, no after taste, but the tablets are considerably bigger than others. I haven't had any issues swallowing them as I take them with a tall glass of water. Price-wise they seem convenient enough if the absorption is good. Happy so far.
