These jump ropes are great. They are perfect for my kids to warm up before sports. They are super easy to adjust, just unscrew the handle, pull out the rope from the plastic piece to shorten as needed. This rope isn't too light where the rope doesn't move fast, it's perfect and easy to use.

Great jump rope! This will help me with my weight loss

The jump rope is nice. The handles are light and easy to grip. The rope itself is nice metal with an outer coating. You have to be careful using it on the sidewalk, my first time using it there is a chuck ripped out of it. It is to be expected with wear and tear damage though. It is fun to use but do not recommend for younger kids. When you do mess up and the rope hits your shins that is not pleasant. It does make for a great cardio workout out for adults.
