I was looking for plates made from a sustainable material, that were lightweight but sturdy, looked good and were both microwave and dishwasher safe. We like these so much we ordered a second set, and also their bowls. These plates are made from wheat straw, which is essentially the waste material from the wheat crop, they are sustainable and also biodegradable, but they are thick and sturdy. The colors are fun and they come beautifully packaged.The only thing I wish was that they also made a more flat version to add to the set.Thanks for a great product, highly recommended!

great for use on the deck, light weight but very sturdy. Dishwasher safe and the edges are high enough so food doesn't slide off.

These plates are fun and colorful and I love that I can throw them in the dishwasher! I didn't realize how large they are when I bought them though. I feel like they're about an inch and a half around the circumference too large. For a toddler, they don't need a lot of food, and this plate can encourage to fill their plates more than they need. I prefer a smaller plate. Amazing quality, wish I could find a smaller size!

I love these plates! The colors are great and they are easy to clean! (Dish washer safe) I love the size and I like how they aren't divided to transition toddler to regular plates. They are even great to use for parties and other events. These plates are amazing and go great with the bowls!

Great plate over any paper or disposable plastic version. Have run through the dishwasher several times and absolutely no issues. Fine for hot food, sturdy and very lightweight. My only issue, and not a flaw of the plate, is they are really small. I should have measured what an appetizer plate vs. a bread plate was in size because these do not hold much when it comes to appetizers and only a small amount of desert or slice of cake.

These durable organic plates are perfect for daily use or for those with children. They are microwave and dishwasher safe, along with extremely durable and easy to clean. High ridges on the edge keep food on the plate and large enough to place several food items. Perfect for children and/or every day use. They do slide easily on hard surfaces, so a placemat with mild gripping ability may be necessary. Great for outdoor use as well! Would highly recommend!

My kids were going through like 6 paper plates each a day and in an effort to reduce waste and save money I bought these on a whim. They are the perfect size and the slightly higher sides work wonderfully for kids. Dishwasher cleans them up perfectly and the colors are modern and they look nice. Keeps me from having to use our ceramic dishes, which aren’t as durable with kids around. Would buy again.
