I've suffered from ibs for many years but never quite got a handle on what triggers it... I'm hoping this can give me some answers! This came really quickly & is so simple to use with everything you need & easy to follow instructions - you just need to pop a sample of a few hair strands into the sample bags & send them to the address supplied. The box comes with contact details (UK) so you can get hold of them if any issues. Can't wait to have my results back! UPDATE: I'VE RECEIVED MY RESULTS BACK IN LESS THAN 2 WEEKS - the amount of information is extremely comprehensive & very interesting reading. Hmm, seems like I may need to make some changes to my diet now!

Service and test results response time was great, however this company does not inform new customers that their tests are NOT recognised nor accepted by the National Health Service in the UK - a bit of a waste of money and time if you want seek further treatment/support for intolerances and allergies through the NHS.

Really disappointed with this.. Would not recommend.

Simply put don't bother and safe your money

Vague results that could potentially be dangerous. Little / no guidance to results. No proof of method. Missed my dairy and grass pollen allergies. Snake oil.
