Burner Original Firelighters Starters, 500 Count

I keep a stockpile of these as they are so simple to use with my log burner. I basically just put a few logs in with this and the fire is on, no worries. There is no smell or having to touch anything dirty or smelly. They are so small as well so easy and clean to keep close to the fire without making any mess at all.

I have a very poor excuse .. I was waiting for the others in the house to get ready to go out last night ... so I counted the number of firelighters in the 500 bundle box. Half way through I was sure that I was being shortchanged.... but no it was exactly 499. Not my best spent 5 minutes. I have used these firelighters over the last 6 years and they always produce a reliable fire ignition (open fire). They are also cleaner and cheaper (per fire) than the traditional supermarket versions. Now you know that For Quantity and Quality ... you can buy in confidence.

The product is fine, but we were sold short. Only 498 arrived instead of 500! (counted twice!!) Apart Feeling a tiny bit short changed its a good product. No smell no mess, have been using them all winter. One of these little burners and a little kindling is all you need. No paper required. Much better than any alternatives. Will buy again in a few years and hope to get 502 next time!!

I stock up on these each year for BBQs in the summer, and indoor log fires in the winter. These are the best lighters I’ve used and are easy to light and don’t give off too much of a smell (maybe a small whiff whilst the start burning). They last a decent amount of time - certainly long enough to light coals in a BBQ chimney, or logs in a fireplace. I typically use two or 3 at a time to get things going nicely.

We discovered these due to a typo, but what a find! They are tiny little packets (a bit like large ravioli) that burn hot and light our fire every single time. The difference in size between these and the horrible smelly plastic briquette types or the wood shaving curly ones "per 100 fires" is significant as you don't need a lot of space to store things, they do not smell and they dont crumble and leave scraps everywhere. We also found them to be waterproof by accident, if you get the other stuff wet it wont work but these babies light first time if wiped with a dry cloth.

The best I’ve found for lighting fires and stoves. Easy to store, no smell. Wouldn’t use anything else now and buy in bulk so I don’t run out. Only ever use one which is perfectly adequate and great value for money.
