This is a really tasty and healthy vegan and gluten free snack! And I'm not a kale-worshiper by any means. The individual bags are a good snack size. The crunchy kale bits are vulnerable to getting smashed and crumbled up, so try not to smoosh the snack bags in tight corners or lunch bags when packing them for later snacking. You can also buy this product at Costco in a single large quantity resealable bag.

Love the taste of this delicate crisp baked kale but wish it wouldn't crumble so easily. A lot of the bags had crushed little pieces in them. This vendor was very helpful in expediting my order. Highly recommend.

They taste good but I'm starting to wonder if there's any nutritional value left in something that's cooked to a crisp?

I've been taking this to work for an easy, healthy, and "safe" snack (gluten free, dairy free, egg free, low sugar) for the afternoon munchies. Some of the package gets reduced to crumbles, which I sprinkle over my salad.

You need to acquire a taste for this although I did like it. It’s great for snack time as a much healthier alternative to high fat and calorie snacks. I found it to be way overpriced.
