Fiery Delight Meets Comfort: Campbellโs Chunky Ghost Pepper Chicken Noodle Soup
Campbellโs has truly outdone itself with the Chunky Ghost Pepper Chicken Noodle Soup. It's not just soup; it's an experience for those who dare to try something daringly spicy. From the very first spoonful, you know you're in for a heat-packed journey, but what's remarkable is how this intense spice does not overshadow the rich, savory flavors of the classic chicken noodle soup. The thickness of the soup is perfect; itโs hearty and satisfying with generous chunks of chicken, vegetables, and noodles, making it a meal in itself. The ingredients are well-balanced, and the texture of the noodles combined with the tender pieces of chicken provides a pleasant eating experience, spoon after spoon. Now, let's talk about the heatโthis soup is not for the faint-hearted. The ghost pepper adds a fiery kick that builds up with each bite and lingers long after the meal is over. Even a handful of Tums might not be enough to quell the spice, making it a thrilling challenge for spice lovers. Despite its intensity, I found the heat to be an exhilarating addition to the soup, enhancing the flavors rather than overpowering them. The versatility of this soup is another plus. Itโs perfect for a cold day when you need something to warm you up from the inside out, or when youโre just looking for a quick meal that packs a punch. As for value for money, this soup is a great deal considering its quality and the satisfying portion size.

Pretty Tasty, With a Kick
Pretty Tasty, With a Kick When I first saw a picture of this soup online, I honestly thought it was fake. I grow hot peppers myself, and Ghost Pepper Chicken Noodle is something Iโve actually made at home, so I was curious to see how Campbellโs version compared. I ended up really enjoying it, but your experience is going to depend on who you are. Some folks are definitely going to find this too hot and should probably stick with Campbellโs โspicyโ varieties instead. Meanwhile, people like me, who are used to hotter stuff, will probably think itโs not quite hot enough. Flavor-wise, itโs solid, though I do wish the cans had a bit more food in them. What Iโve found works best is using this as a base ingredient. One can adds a nice kick when Iโm making other dishes and want to boost the heat without overpowering everything. Overall, itโs fun, flavorful, and worth trying, especially if you love spicy foods or just want something different from your usual chicken noodle.

Spicy to the max!
Campbell's Ghost Pepper Chicken Soup delivers an intense punch of heat that's not for the faint-hearted. This soup truly lives up to its nameโghost pepper is no joke! The fiery kick hits you right from the first spoonful, unleashing a wave of intense spiciness that can set your taste buds on fire. For spice enthusiasts seeking an adventurous culinary experience, this soup is a thrill ride. However, the soup's extreme heat might overpower the flavors for some. Yet, there's a saving graceโthe addition of sour cream. When a dollop of cool, tangy sour cream is mixed in, it's like a flavorful ceasefire. The creaminess tempers the heat, creating a more balanced and enjoyable taste profile. The combination of the soup's robust chicken flavor with the soothing creaminess of sour cream creates a dynamic contrast that elevates the overall experience. Overall, Campbell's Ghost Pepper Chicken Soup is not for everyone, especially those who can't handle intense heat. But for heat seekers who appreciate a fiery kick and are willing to tame it with a touch of sour cream, it can be an exhilarating and surprisingly delicious choice. Proceed with caution and a dollop of sour cream for a fiery yet flavorful adventure!

ITS EXTREMELY HOT!
I thought it was just gonna be spicy american style level. im used to asian spicy and thats usually a higher tolerance than ur run of the meal american "very hot" well I had a few bite and it was super spicy to the point where i can't even enjoy the food, my tongue could barely taste any flavor after my taste buds felt like it was completely burnt off. i gave my wife some since she wanted to try it, she ate 1/3 of it saying " oh yeah it taste good!" then suddenly she said it was way too spicy begging for her life and can't have it any more, fast farward 40 mins later her stomach experience extreme pain and feeling nauseated like she want to throw up. i gave her some pepto and a pain killer, she just now fell asleep after constantly feeling come and go extreme abdominal pain for over 3 hours. I dont have stomach ache myself cause I ate bread and drank some milk also i ate less than she did. but yeah you really need to becareful this is spicier than that spicy chicken noodle challenge. u dont feel it right away, so u might over do urself before u realize it.

Campbell's Ghost Pepper chicken and noodles
I started to only give it a 4 because it was too hot .. but that's a "me" problem! After all, it does say Ghost Pepper ๐ถ๏ธ It's what you'd expect to find in a Campbell's Chunky soup. Nice, thick noodles and chunks of chicken for each bite. There was also bits of carrot and celery swimming in the red pepper broth If you like spicy, this is spicy! The heat doesn't last too long and I made sure to have some crackers on hand For the last half of a can, I mixed it in with another dish that needed liquid (bonus chicken and noodles) so I didn't waste it. It perked up the other dish and was very good I know I would have enjoyed this more when I was younger and hard core about eating spicy hot ๐ฅ For me, this beats ramen and has less sodium If you ever crave spicy hot, you need to keep a can of Campbell's Chunky Chicken and Noodle, Ghost Pepper, in your pantry! Whether it's a late night out, the next day, you're battling a virus, or just want to release some endorphins this should bring on a sweat! ๐ฅต

Wait, what?!? Did a quality, mainstream company just bring some, actual, heat?
Yes. Yes, they did. This soup brings to you the quality one would inherently expect from Campbell's. All of the root components of their delicious Campbell's Chunky Chicken Noodle soup are here. One is greeted by a plethora of white meat chicken, hearty egg noodles and a wealth of vegetables like carrots and celery. However...that's where the similarities end. Me thinks they introduced it around this time on purpose. ๐ The broth on this one is where it's ALL at. In my opinion, Campbell's did two things that are dishearteningly rare as of late. First, they brought the heat! While I'm not a full-on chilihead, I most certainly know my way around spice. (I did/survived the Carolina Reaper challenge. Yada, yada, yada. Nothing special there.) I must give credit where credit is due though. I've rarely seen a mainstream company bring, actual, heat. For example, I recently enjoyed Burger King's Ghost Pepper Whopper and Ghost Pepper Chicken Fries. They barely even registered on my tongue in such vehement weakness.) Second, and most importantly - in my humble opinion, Campbell's didn't forget about flavor in the least. That's probably why TorchBearer Sauce's Garlic Reaper is my favorite hot sauce. Campbell's has now equally proven that you can bring the heat without giving up delightful flavor. (By contrast, Da Bomb hot sauce simply beats one over the head with heat and tastes terrible in and of itself.) If you enjoy experimenting with your heat tolerance, but don't want to give up your flavor palate, I wholly encourage you to try this lovely soup. The price is infinitely better than high-end hot sauces as well, so you can't possible go wrong...

Not Bhut Jolokia hot but Flavorful
Good choice if you are going the canned route and are looking for some spice. This soup has a little kick to it bot don't worry if you are not up for the Bhut Jolokia. You'll probably be disappointed if you are looking for that level of heat but it's still tasty. A bit pricey compared to the other flavors but if it's a limited edition/run it's fine. Give it a try or put a drop of Dave's in your chicken soup. I added some garlic powder, cayenne and chili powder and it was great. My eyes were really sweating there for a while.
