I was pleased to get to try these knee massagers as i have a physical job and have sore, achy knees by the end of the week.The power banks needed a good charge before using but once charged i couldn't wait to try them. The massagers come with everything you need including 2 power banks, 2 charging cables, 2 connecting cables but only 1 charging plug for some reason.I tried using one at first as i tried out the different combinations of modes the massagers have to offer. Firstly the pads are very soft on the inside and fairly easy to put on and get comfortable. I went through the massage modes first and i quickly found that i like the vibration but not so much the highest level of massage as it was a bit much for me. Heat levels are good and medium was best for me. Once i worked this out i put the other pad on and set it to the same and settled back with my book and a cup of tea.This is now my routine at the end of a long week and while i'm not sure it takes away any pain i feel well rested after a session with these on.The pockets need to be slightly larger as the power banks are quite hard to get in.
