I take number of supplements made by this brand and I have always been happy with them This one is Probiotic and I take one in the morning and one in the evening with Kefir as and it noticeably improved my gut. Without going in to too much detail - I see the difference and will continue to take it for another month, Prebiotics are generally recommended when you take Probiotic, so eat more salads and possibly add something like Psyllium Husk Caps to help the process. Tablet size is pretty small and easy to swallow. This is a much more expensive product, but from my research it is a better product and is worth the cost.

For fighting C. diff: While 40 days of Flagyl beat back the original C. diff, it threatened to return, and only massive amounts of probiotics drove it away completely and has kept it away. Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG and Saccharomyces boulardii are the two major probiotics proven scientifically to fight Clostridium difficile (C.diff) specifically. Advanced Multi-Billion Dophilus from Solgar is a must.
