Fabulous - even for a high protein product!
My husband eats at least 100g of protein each day. Sometimes we need to add and these are fabulous tasting and high in protein! Honestly, some snacks that are high protein are hard to get down; they are awful, but not this snack! Definitely impressed! The 3 flavours we've tried from this brand are all very good! Highly recommend and would purchase again!

The best flavour out of all Ehrmann's protein mousses
I think the Ehrmann Chocolate Mousse is the best flavor among all the protein mousses from this brand that I've tried. This product's texture is quite close to the actual mousse, which I really appreciate. I've found that some other flavors, like strawberry and lemon, don't quite get this texture right. Also, flavors like vanilla and salted caramel are a bit too sweet for my taste.What I especially like about this chocolate mousse is its high protein content. Each cup contains 20g of protein, yet it feels light to eat and doesn’t make me feel too full, unlike some other protein products. Despite being sweet, it's also low in calories and fats, which I consider a great plus.
