Q: What is thread pitch on the top three bolts that connect to the intake?? The 2 on the back are same as the original but the 1 in the front is bigger?

The two by the E G R valve are 5/16 18 x 4”. The one larger is a 3/8 18 stud 3 5/8”long that includes with my manifold hope that helps

Thread Pitch is designated ONLY on Metric Bolts. Thread pitch is the distance between a point on a thread and the same point on an adjacent thread. A smaller thread pitch means a finer thread. Standard BOLTS designate the number of threads per inch. Intake to Exhaust bolts are 5/16-18 thread, wrench size 1/2. Need to be about 4" long to extend thru the bottom of the exhaust so you can bolt kickdown linkage on the bottom. I ended up matching all 3 bolts the same size. Yes, I tapped it a bigger size. Only 2 bolts are longer. Play around with it. take the darn thing (intake manifold) with you to your local hardware store if you don't have the bolts. I also added washers so that calculation must come into play, I didn't stick with stock sizes. Careful with that one bolt that doesn't come out, it is shorter for a reason. God's Speed, yeah i know it's spelled godspeed.

NICE! i kinda jealous love them 'Cuda's. i made minor adjustments on mine. for the price it ain't a bad gamble. a 225 is a 225. it will fit.
