So brace yourself cause this is going to be a bit long. I’m one of those people who will read a lot of reviews before making a buying decision no matter the cost but doesn’t give reviews unless a product is exceptional (good or bad). I have jabra elite earbuds I spent far too much money on that I basically had to ditch since they wouldn’t stay in my ears no matter what I tried and I was reduced to wearing the complimentary airplane headphones that would at least stay in my ears. I came across these and thought I’d give them a try. One day later, one run, a spinning class and doing chores around the house and the earbuds stayed exactly in my ears with great sound. I’m thoroughly impressed!

I have never been able to get in-ear headphones to stay in. Even when sitting completely still on an airplane they would need to be reset every 2 or 3 minutes. Any sort of jaw movement or swallowing caused them to come out immediately. I tried all sizes and shapes of ear tips, including those with flanges and the expanding foam models None of them worked. Headphones that looped over the top of the ears did not help. Well, THESE STAY IN, even after long periods. And because they don't need constant readjustment they are more comfortable. I have used them on three different headphones and get great results with all of them. I have not tried them for exercise but they stay in perfectly when vacuuming and mopping the floor. If you have ears that just don't work with the usual ear tips I highly recommend giving these a try.

My earbuds stay put when I walk/jog with the Nickston eartips adapters. You get three pairs, but the size of the dome-shaped part that goes into your ear is the same for all three. It's the diameter of the attachment to your earbuds that differs (4 mm, 5mm, and 6 mm), although to my eye, they look the same. The first one I tried fit my earbuds (One Piston Fit Bluetooth) well.

My Eartip Adapters arrived today. I must admit, I was a little curious as to how they would fit over my Boltune earbuds. But, to my amazement, the adapters are designed to fit over the back of the earbud or just over the tiny nozzle where the audio is transmitted. Once placed over the nozzle, simply put it in your ear and give it a slight turn. The fit is both comfortable and secure. Highly recommend.

Would be 5 stars if they didn't stick out so far. I feel like I need to push them up towards my brain and suction it out through my ears. Other than that its just okay

wingtip works as advertisedonly problem they come in one size. so if you have bigger ear canals you are out of luckplease make bigger size ones please

I was skeptical when I bought it, but these work pretty well. Every earphone I've tried--all sizes--start slipping out as soon as you start sweating. These didn't. They are comfortable and you barely notice they're there.

I can not seem to get either Apple AirPods or galaxy pods to fit and stay in my ear while doing any activity.The Bose style earphones use this earbud design and it slips into my ear and doesn’t come loose. I used these on a set of skullcandy Bluetooth/wireless earphones.I would recommend

They work just as well on wired ear buds as do on wireless buds , once you get them adjusted for your ear it keeps the buds comfortably in place while walking , working . Can't give an opinion on running ( don't run or jog ) .

I got these for my Sennheiser CX 6.0 BT ear buds. I love everything about except they wouldn't stay in. These fixed that perfectly. They fit great, no complaints.

Fits URBeats2 perfectly. Comfortable and buds stays in ear. No changes to the audio quality. It's not a sound isolation bud but block a lot of the external noise.
