Simply the best.
Substituted Half & Half for the milk (stovetop directions), mixed in two tablespoons of sour cream and an extra pat of butter just before serving. As good as any mashed potatoes I have ever had.

Use water for lactose intolerance users. Make in rice cooker following directions. Taste like made from fresh potatoes. Not like paste.
