Marcy Deluxe Exercise Curl Bar for Lats, Curls and More for Home Gym Workouts BBEB-7355

This is easily my favorite attachment in my home gym setup. I use it with a dual-stack functional trainer (Anker 7), and the two side connection points along with the center connection make it incredibly versatile. You can run a wide variety of movements without constantly switching attachments, which makes workouts smoother and more efficient. I did experience an issue after hearing a crack during use, and one of the side connection points developed some movement. Unfortunately, I was already outside the return window. However, when I contacted the seller and explained the situation, they went above and beyond. Within two days, a replacement was at my door. I felt genuinely taken care of, which says a lot about the company’s integrity and commitment to customers. Since then, I’ve adjusted how I load the attachment to avoid placing too much uneven stress on one side. Used properly, this is a fantastic and highly functional piece of equipment that adds a lot of training flexibility. Highly recommended both for the product and the customer service behind it.

Been using for a few months and absolutely love this! I like to do band work along with other resistance (DB/KB/BB). It is not a collapsible bar, but not an issue for me because I would not carry on trips and I feel more comfortable with one solid piece. Very well made! Happy with this purchase!

For the price, this thing is amazing. I don't think a more expensive version of this bar, would be any better. I was surprised how nice it was. I considered getting just like a normal straight bar, but this thing is much better. I use it with bands, but you could also attach it to a cable machine. It has a soft rubber grip, and a nice weight to the bar, which kinda surprised me. With as many different grips options you have, it's kinda like having multiple bars. Works great for many exercises, especially biceps. Get this, a set of workout bands that comes with the handles, and door attachment. Then buy a door attachment with multiple height anchor points, and you can definitely get some gains. You can get all that under $100 if you just look for decent deals.

If you own a cable machine at home this will be great, its very versatile, can be used for many workouts, I mainly use it for my back but you can use it for biceps, triceps, even for squatting if you want to, one thing I dont like which can be a personal thing, is the feeling of the bar, its like it has ashes on it but a wash might fix it although not sure if this is washable.

The recommended bar was no longer being sold by blastics bands. So I found this one and it ie heavy and sturdy. Well made with clips on the end that are metal and a good buy. I use it with my resistance bands for presses, curls and lat pulls. Just like the gym. I would recommend this item.

Not good for bench press. First off, the material makes it kind of slipper to hold, so it doesn’t feel as stable as my metal one. Also, it’s impossible to use for bench press. The middle hook isn’t removable, so it will stab you in the chest if you don’t stop it at least 2 inches from your chest. Wish I were still in the return window.
