It's a good quality decent high chair for babies. The only suggestion I have is that there should be a detailed assembly manual provided along with it. I had a tough time understanding how to put the safety belt. Even now I'm not so sure if I've got the safety belt assembly right . So I've not been using the safety belt at all. It's been more than a month that we have been using this chair for our baby.

I would like to share my personal story.I bought this high chair around 6 months back. And my baby loved having meal on it. Recently due to some cercumstansis the table of high chair was broken by me, it was unintentional act. We tried to fix table in our way but at end I was scared for my baby safety. So I contact safe-o-baby through mail and inform them about whole incidence and ask them if they could do any thing for me.Few days later I received the msg informing me about table have been arranged. This was in my unbelief thought that something would happen for us. As the broken table was under warranty so I wasn't charged at all..I believe this extra mile effort of delivering the table in same colour and in minimum time. This effort have to be appreciated.Every day many companies are born, but a company like safe-o-kid lives long becoz of their extra effort to provide and satisfy customer.Thanks for everything.

I was satisfied with this product. If it had a removable tray and the tray could be adjusted I would have rated it 5 stars. Hence giving it 4 stars.

The product looked used and it had different marks and black soil deposits and also looked old .

Best quality.. child love's it
