i've grabbed a couple different trainers over the years without really thinking about it only to get them and realize that like golf clubs - they are for one or the other hand, typically righties. this one has an agnostic handle and because it doesnt have a club head, just a weighted piece, anyone can use it. i've mostly been using this in the house to practice. i have a habit of going back entirely too far, losing control in the actual swing. this also came with practice straps. i have been able to set up in front of a mirror and actually watch my swing for the errors. this is very easy to work with. i think it's a great option for practice or training. i have yet to hear the clicking noise - so i must have a lot of work to do, or my clicker doesn't work.

This is a durable and well made golf swing trainer. It is heavier than a club and will loosen you up before you play, and if you use it consistently it will develop some of your swing muscles. The clicking element does help you develop a smooth swing that makes it click where you want to strike the ball. If you swing to fast or slow, it will click at the wrong place. It came with bands to put on your arms, but I did not use those. I think this can help develop your swing and a proper rhythm for your swing. It is a bit expensive -- that is my only caveat.

I've used this at home and at the course before a round and I do think it helps my swing. It's nice because you can even use it in your house if you have an open area. Great tool for Golf!!
