Has anyone tired using any oils in them? Do they leak out oil?

I haven't used oil but both lotion and a liquid for my face and no leaking. I think you would be ok. But just in case put a small bit of plastic wrap over the opening and twist on the cap, there should be no issue. I always do this anyways. Good luck.

I got another item like this, but the top is almost impossible to flip open. How easy is it to flip the top open on these?
